Analog Design Engineer_Bucharest

For our client, a multinational company, we are lookginf for a Analog Design Engineer.
You will be responsible for designing and simulating integrated circuits, according to specifications, in different fabrication processes. Primary application areas include mixed signal RF and signal conditioning circuits for our integrated sensor products, using CMOS and BiCMOS processes. You will develop A/D and D/A converters, voltage references and regulators, oscillators, PLL, LNA, mixers, VCO, interface circuitry including the required amplifiers. Your responsibility includes planning and implementation of analog circuit blocks as well as simulation and integration in a mixed-signal product for future automotive applications. You will interact with layout team and generate the test plan for characterization. You will generate the required documentation and contribute to the validation and debugging of the resulting silicon.

Requirements:
• University degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with minimum 1-2 years of
relevant experience
• Solid knowledge of CMOS/BiCMOS processes
• Solid knowledge of analog and
mixed signal IC design
• Good working knowledge of relevant analog IC design tools (preferably
Cadence tool suite)
• Able to work in a multi-site environment
• Analytical thinking
